Sure; the individual rites of the Catholic Church today still disagree on the issue of clerical celibacy - but they are still the same basic faith (and neither position runs counter to Scripture).
Many popes in the past have condemned them as schismatics.
And there are far greater differences between the EO and the Roman rite than even exist between mainline Prot denominations, (which is condemned in Prots and lauded in Catholics, by Catholics).
