What’s limited? Tossing marbles in his direction? Annoying him a wee bit? That is not what the US military should be about. Either go in 110% or stay the heck out. All this piddly stuff we’ve been doing for the past couple decades has accomplished nothing except getting our loved ones killed.

Syria is a Sovereign Nation. The United States of America is a sovereign Nation. When a Sovereign Nation uses military force against another Sovereign Nation, that is regardless of how it is phrased, an act of war. And according to the Constitution of the United States of America, only Congress can declare war.
