The media predicted a catastrophe of historical proportions 140mph winds hitting florida and it was supposed to have hit last night at 9 pm and killed many in areas that nothing hapened in those areas already it’s over there nothing . so far it’s just been a little wind and rain, like a little thunderstorm. so already they are caught in a lie. big difference from 140 mph winds sustained and what is going on now as I predicted it wouldn’t be the catastrope the media said it would be.
“Hurricane Hunter reporting 945MB, not the sub 920 that was predicted. Daytona current winds @ 46mph.
Here is the media with its overhyped hsyteria:

The storm turned a little eastward, so the initial wind speeds predicted haven’t materialized. They also predicted a big storm surge. Water/flooding kills many more than wind.
Daytona hasn’t experienced the back side of the eyewall yet & won’t for a few more hours.
I think it’s premature to downplay all the dangers of this storm.
I’m following the other thread and saw the back and forth.
Some folks seem a bit touchy about joking around or playing down the impending doom.
I prepare for the impending doom - with stuff I’ll use if it doesn’t show up - and joke about the situation.
I hate the “Oh woe is me” crowd.

The media doesn’t dispense blessings, God does and in this case I would definitely call it that, be grateful and go on with life without the media but definitely being grateful for a reprieve
