Hurricane Matthew is barreling towards Florida, and left-leaning bloggers and scientists have already blamed the storms ferocity on, you guessed it, global warming.
Matthew has already set a number of records and global warming is giving it a boost, Joe Romm, ThinkProgress climate editor, wrote.
Hurricane Matthew, a record-shattering storm that is unusual for October, is a reminder of climate changes potential to turn seasonal weather events into extreme, year-round threats, echoed Huffington Post reporter Lydia OConnor.

SHOCKING huh? Good news is that our prayers were answered for our friends along the Space Coast and the eye stayed off the coast. Prayers up for those in the northern track still facing the storm.
This storm event is hype. Just your average hurricane and Florida hasn’t even been hit hard.
Looked shaky last night but wobbled east just enough. Whew! Crowd control? We evacuated early. Like 5 years ago. LOL! Now we only have erf quakes, caused, no doubt, by frickin’ frackin’ to be concerned with. Hard to evac for those.
Great news about the space coast being missed.
