If the story appeared in Ed Klein's book, I would say it is credible. And it would be consistent with the way we know the Clinton crime family does business.
On the other hand, if the story was phony, you would expect that Klein and his publisher would already be defending a libel suit. As far as we know, no such suit has been filed.
