Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Milley delivered a stunning warning to America's potential enemies -- including Russia, China and North Korea -- declaring "we will beat you harder than you have ever been beaten before," Military.com reported.
The stark message came at the Association of the United States Army's annual meeting in Washington, where Milley remarked that America's "strategic resolve" and "alliances" are being "tested in ways that we haven't faced in many, many decades."
"I want to be clear to those who wish to do us harm... the United States military -- despite all of our challenges, despite our [operational] tempo, despite everything we have been doing -- we will stop you and we will beat you harder than you have ever been beaten before," he declared. "Make no mistake about that."

It is the goal of the US to provoke Russia and start a war.
The Army Chief of Staff wouldn’t make such a reckless bellicose statement without approval from everyone above him.

I can only hope the good General is purposely talking up war to create some needed alarm in the US public and draw attention to the insanity this administration is prosecuting in Syria.

Because with China or Russia we would face giant conventional forces on their own turf. Presumably we will be the invaders, as I doubt they intend to come invade us here.
Advanced weaponry is nice, but there is not nearly enough of it to invade Russia or to take on China. Hell, the advanced weaponry hasn’t let us win in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria....and you want to take on China and Russia.
I cannot help but notice that the Germans had far more advanced equipment than the red army. You are feeling something called “Hubris”.
The roe is the only thing which permitted us from ending any of the wars against pissant countries in a few weeks.

I know the feeling. I shoot 100-200 shots daily, purely because it's a hobby, not for any practical reason. Still . . . if the Constitution of the United States is ever facing a clear and present danger . . .
I do not believe you are aware all of the Rules of Engagement which are currently in place and how they affect the forces ability to wage war.

I think in a mere 8 years we went from the most combat hardened, battle ready military we’ve ever had into... lets just call it a state of general unreadiness.
Says a General of a military that is now providing gender re-assignment surgery to pervs and nuts.
The Military needs a serious reform - the very first thing should be to retire any general officer that was promoted during the Obama Administration...

The Chief of Staff was handed a note from his boss the Commander In Chief with a script for him to read. He practiced for hours, and finally he was able to say what was on the note with a straight face.
This has nothing whatsoever to do with The Donald’s campaign to rebuild the decimated military has it?

Just for a start we’re easily missing tens of millions of 1-A grade recruits both IN the armed forces and OUT of it in the civilian sector making their guns and bombs and tanks because liberals got women to vote then to make infanticide legal.
Then there’s our budget. ‘Nuff said.
Our fancy tools are barely enough to keep us ahead of terrorists with rusty AK-47s and RPG’s because we absolutely refuse to destroy their population base, which is how most wars have been won ever since armies existed. They’re also contributing to our massive budget problem as we’d rather spend a million bucks on a cruise missile to only splat a few known and active terrorists than on $200,000 worth of dumb bombs to flatten their tent, their camels outside the tent and the little future terrorists a couple tents over.
