That's not what I see. This moderator throws out the questions and then listens. This debate is basically a one on one debate with the moderator occasionally jumping in to shut them up. Pence is doing well but Kaine is getting away with throwing out many unchallenged lies and statements.
The moderator continually changes the subject when Pence scores a body blow (e.g. emails) and allows Kaine to talk over Pence; and cautions *both* when Kaine is the only one at fault.
She’s asked questions about Trump and not Hillary.
She’s interrupted Pence more than Kaine- and without cause.
Yet I agree she means to do well and be fair. Her fault is that she agrees with the views of Kaine. Like everyone she knows does.
