Today was supposed to be the day that Julian Assange ended Hillary Clintons chances at the White House, emphasis on supposed to, with a big reveal of damaging new information from WikiLeaks. Except thats not what happened and the early-morning presentation turned into what amounted to a 10-year-anniversary highlight reel and fundraising pitch with nothing at all on Clinton:

Assange said this week. give him a chance.
“Assange said this week. give him a chance.”
All he has to do is click send
Right. Somebody started a rumor and it wasnt assange or stone.
I think a middleman started a rumor & the press took off with it; see post #42 by intercept point.

I suspect what really happened was that, knowing a system had been compromised, they quickly created provably false documents intending for them to be leaked, to destroy the credibility of the organization publishing the leaks.
“Assange said this week. give him a chance”
Rattansi: If there is any illegality in the pending emails you will release or malfeasance in what you already released President Obama could presumably act on it and get Hillary Clinton charged? Regardless of whether you are about to release any email which would mean that James Comey and the FBI would have no alternative but to arrest Hillary Clinton?
Assange: Our view which we have already stated is if the evidence that the FBI has is enough for a grand jury to indict already But a prosecutor has to ask a grand jury to indict. And if a prosecutor doesnt ask, a grand jury wont indict. But our next leak can bring her down because it is something that FBI cant overlook!
Rattansi:When will be the date when you will release this leak?
Assange: I will not reveal the exact date but I can promise you this,I Will Bring Hillary Down Before The Debate Stage On September 26th.
Jones is such an unhinged phony, it amazes me how anyone can watch him.
Hmmm, I wonder if Assange can be bought? /sarc
“Assange said this week. give him a chance.”
#Assange: Regarding upcoming publications... We hope to be publishing every week for the next 10 weeks
10 weeks!
I agree, but after the fact and only because I have to. I’m desperate for that guy on the white horse to show up
“Assange NEVER hyped the appearance.”
He had a whole week to knock down the story, one tweet would have ended it,did he do it? Nope
So he pulled a ‘Glenn Beck’?
May we call you......”Tim”? :)
Alex Jones is the biggest blowhard since Hurricane Katrina.
Hillary immediately hired Debbie Wasserman Schultz after she was forced to resign as DNC chair. Debbie won her primary in Florida — with Hillary’s help? — against a Bernie-backed challenger.
I don’t wait for anyone. No offense, but I think you should get on your own white horse.
So this was like Sheriff Joe Arpaio always promising to provide startling new info. that would “blow the lid off things”, then nothing—is that what this was?
No surprise here either.
I stayed up to watch the Wikileak “news conference” and Alex Jones YouTube live streaming seemed as good a choice as any. Jones really was hoping for dirt on Hillary that would put her away. After delay, after delay, I said to hell with it and went to bed.
I can understand Jones disappointment, but the real referee on Clinton corruption will be the American voters. If we can't trust the voters and the Constitution with its checks and balances, then we have nothing. So, yes a Julian white knight would be nice, but not for slaying the dragon of Hillary, but for informing the public of evil deeds hidden that reporters will not investigate.
Really? I missed it.
Anyone still have it?
There is possibly another way to look at this. Maybe I’m just hoping..
but HILLARY is so distrusted and people for the most part by now understand that the woman threatens people and has them killed with no compunction whatsoever. Thus hopefully people will suspect that she threatened Assange into silence. IOW hopefully this will be a net negative for Hillary anyway.
