It is like the Sioux complaining about their historic sacred land. Dudes, you had control of it for about 20 year, before that it was owned by the Kiowa.

And before them it was owned by some other tribe and before there by another tribe and so on and so forth.

With the exception maybe of the people of Hawaii and Iceland there are no "Native People" someone was always there before you.
