Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnaping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
But the Clinton foundation can take bribes from a country that gave us 911.

I’m sending Schneiderman my “cease and desist” from living order. He will turn out to be just as corrupt as his predecessors. The guys in jail are just waiting for his butt.

Scheiderman is el primo example of a rat who abuses his office solely to further a political agenda. This guy is constantly on Trumps arse about everytyhing yet he does absolutely NOTHING about the Clinton criminal cabal even though the Clintons are based in New York and New York city. I mean look at this - He’s closing down Trumps foundation because of a freakin’ license. Well what about the Clinton foundation that has absolutely NOTHING to do with charity and EVERYTHING to do with making the Clintons money? It’s a SCAM!

Ha,ha... NY must be closer than we think. Trump can’t win NY but if it’s close he’ll win the overall election easily. They always trot out an investigation under such circumstances. I’ve lived here long enough to know how this goes.
