NY Attorney General sends cease and desist order to Trump Foundation

The New York Attorney General’s office served the Donald J. Trump Foundation with a cease and desist order on Monday, ordering it to stop soliciting funds because it does not have the proper certification. “While we remain very concerned about the political motives behind AG Schneiderman’s investigation, the Trump Foundation nevertheless intends to cooperate fully with the investigation. Because this is an ongoing legal matter, the Trump Foundation will not comment further at this time,” said Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks in a statement.

Any other candidate - Hillary and the Media would have made their b*tch right after the Democrat National Convention.
Trump set fire to the weeds, and flushed all the cryptoDemocrat-Republicans out in the open. Otherwise, they would have pretended to "support" the Republican nominee, and watched him go down in Mitt-like flames, sputtering about Queensbury Rules, while they would safely lie in the weeds, continuing to sabotage conservative goals.
You're also forgetting about the consequences of a Hillary victory.
I really wonder if a country that wads up the Rule of Law and throws it away is worth saving, anyway...
At least we'll know going in that an administrative branch under Hillary will start out as lawless felons.

Ha,ha... NY must be closer than we think. Trump can’t win NY but if it’s close he’ll win the overall election easily. They always trot out an investigation under such circumstances. I’ve lived here long enough to know how this goes.
