Waste of time. Congress is nothing more than an exclusive, ceremonial club for elected parasites to suck the blood from a dying host called “America.” They serve no other function than to take what they need for themselves and their cronies and hand the rest over to the Executive(a.k.a. Dictator)to hand out as he or she sees fit.
All “law making” is done by the Executive and Judicial branches.
