“We’re going to immediately do away with rating titles and address each other by just our rank as the other services do,” Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Adm. Robert Burke told Navy Times. “We recognize that’s going to be a large cultural change, it’s not going to happen overnight, but the direction is to start exercising that now.”

Obammy’s new title can be Butthead
The current name for people is “Human.” Now that the Navy as decreed that “man” should be removed from all titles, the new name for the species “homo-sapiens” should be “Hu.” We should all be referred to as “hu’s” rather than “humans”, thus eliminating all Men from the human species. Only “Wo’s” (previously “women”) and “unknowns” should be the new progressive standards. WoHuU should be the new name for Homo-sapiens, or maybe “Homo-non-sapiens”, as we are now the “stupid species.” That looks like where we are all going. Who Knew? Ha Ha.
Master Chief Duntno would have laughed his ass off about this...and then reminded these assholes that after steaming from the Aleutians to Australia, fighting blue water battles with Japs and close in shelling with NoKo’s that almost took his tin can out from under him, 28 years and about 12 of them at sea, they could kiss his Lilly white ass and shove this “New Navy” bullshit up their asses.
I don’t know if you ever played any role playing games, never mind Warhammer 40000, but it really is something that under influence of political correctness our actual military is slowly getting even weirder than a space fairing empire where routine maintenance is shrouded in ceremonial religious mysticism.
It just needs a new President who will fire all the political-hack, ass-kissing admirals and generals.
The Navy shouldn’t do it half assed. They should retitle all positions with the names of flowers and candies.
