Yes.

He does not need either of those states to win this election. It would be good to grab one of them just for insurance, though.

He needs to win Colorado and North Carolina along with the two big swing states (Ohio and Florida).

He is going to have to win without VA. McAwful has promised it to Hillary and will deliver if he has to release every prisoner in the state.
