The South Carolina Republican, who previously went on record to say he's not voting for Trump nor Clinton, has now put himself in a position to play pundit and he used his time onstage to explain the strengths and weaknesses of the two major party candidates.

But first, as he started a Q&A with Bloomberg's Margaret Carlson, he told a joke.

'I have the sniffles and I'm not using cocaine. I promise you,' Graham said.

My friend voted for him. I asked “why?” The answer, “I didn’t want the Democrats to win.” But he voted for him in the primary too...answer...”I never heard of the other guy.” It is all name recognition down here...talk about low information voters. Personally I voted against Graham in the primary and in the general...meaning I voted Democrat for the first time in my life. (At least you know what you are getting with a Demicrat).
