No problem.

Kalifornia will simply get day old milk transported in from adjacent states.

Good for Arizona, Nevada and Oregon dairy farmers. Perhaps the Kalifornia farmers will move.

The day the Palo Verde Nuclear plant goes offline, Los Angeles can't turn on the lights.

Bankruptcy for hundreds, if not thousands.
