"The good news? Oh, wait, no. Sorry. We're pretty screwed." Well, yeah, we're pretty screwed as long as there are assclowns out there that continually push this particular line of crap. It's makin' somebody rich. Could be a new hildabama talking point though. Good for a Thursday morning laugh in any case.

Well, if we’re screwed, then there’s nothing more for us to do about global warming, right??? No more need for liberals to tell us what changes we need to make to fight global warming. We’re already screwed, so why do anything else to fight this alleged problem????

Well, if we “passed the point of no return”, why bother worrying about it and continuing on with the hoax and scam? Time for this old 70s disaster movie to end. Roll the end titles.

Choose wisely.

[In my best Carnak the Magnificent voice:] I predict that nothing will come of this environmental horrorshow, just as none of the other greenie gloom-and-doom catastrophes have materialized. However, I also predict that that won’t matter to the global warming fakes, who will continue to push their alarmist agenda until the next ice age, when they’ll claim that global warming was actually global cooling all along.

What? A number with two zeros is really significant? Is 400 special?

The climate system of the Earth restores equilibrium. If one part of it gets out of sync, that part is brought back to the norm by the entire system.

It is not irreversible. The only thing irreversible is the deterioration of the mental state of wacko liberals.

Does that mean we can stop giving zillions of dollars of grants to “scientists” “studying” climate change?

Yes!

Many DOCUMENTED time in earth’s past where the carbon level were much much higher than now, sometimes 10x as much!

Does any more than 0.001% of the “global warming is a serious problem” crowd actually do anything serious about it? Like completely forego CO2-creating vehicles, for self & products?

We’re not going to solve the alleged problem if nobody concerned about it does nothing about it themselves, being a population-cumulative problem means it’s solved only by all individuals doing something about it.

He11, I’ve done more than most “environmentalists” by driving an electric car for a couple years and actually looking into powering it via solar panels.

I always wondered how we will be saved by going to space after all if they can’t fix our environment on earth what technology will they use to create the climate in space?

So, if we really are screwed, can we stop worrying about it, or using it as a club to destroy people’s livelihoods?

If only there were some sort of life form that required carbon dioxide to live, and which was prolific enough that any increase in atmospheric CO2 would almost immediately result in a surge in that life form's population and fecundity to take advantage of the sudden increase in the one resource it most needed to survive. Even better, that life form would thrive most when temperatures climbed, so that any possible greenhouse effect resulting from the increase in CO2 would only serve to make the world even more hospitable to that lifeform.

Oh wait...

If there were no people on earth wouldn’t volcanoes still erupt? Earthquakes happen? Floods? Forest fires? It seems “Mother Earth” is doing quite well in destroying herself.

Man made global warming is a hoax.

And natural global warming is a good thing (ask the European at the end of the little ice age a few centuries ago.)

From our FRiend ROCKLOBSTER to put this number in perspective:

Atmospheric carbon dioxide has reached a historic threshold as levels remain above 400 parts per million

It's not historic. Real scientists tell us the level has been much higher in past millenia. The announced "scary level" is simply an insignificant amount, especially considering it's a natural component of the atmosphere...NOT a toxic pollutant.

Here's a little grade-school math:

Four hundred One millionths = 400/1,000,000

Divide by 100....400/1000000 = 4/10,000ths

Divide by four 4/10,000 = 1/2500th

1/2500 = 0.0004 = .04%

AKA: Four hundredths of a percent.

That's not even close to one percent.

For comparison sake, Oxygen is 21% of the atmosphere, Nitrogen is 78%.

HELL-freaking-LOW!
