Given the sexual harassment laws in this state and the victimhood mentality of so many people out there, it can be very easy offense to blunder into. In many cases, it's a "crime" that doesn't really mean that much except to walleyed, foamy-mouthed feminists and liability-sensitive employers.

The SD cops are really good at dealing with the homeless and mentally disturbed. I have had personal experience with a member of my extended family. I am surprised they couldn’t handle it. It isn’t because they haven’t had good training and experience.
