At the time, we all believed they were on the level.
“I have spent my whole life doing it. Here we are. We have the majority of the Senate and House, and they have done nothing on this issue.”
And so many other issues.
“This should have been stopped dead in it’s tracks years ago.”

Join the club. I’ve mentioned the idea that we give a hard time to Blacks for voting for Democrats who never do a damned thing for them.
I’ve also remarked that we aren’t any better, and the last few year they’ve essentially done absolutely nothing for us.
