A U.S. Navy sailor is under investigation for refusing to stand during the national anthem.
Intelligence Specialist 2nd Class Janaye Ervin, a reservist stationed at Pearl Harbor, posted on Facebook about why she's following in the footsteps of Colin Kaepernick and others who have demonstrated against police brutality during the anthem.
"I feel like a hypocrite singing about the 'land of the free' when I know that only applies to some Americans," she wrote. "I will gladly stand again, when ALL AMERICANS are afforded the same freedom."
Ervin says she lost her security clearance and was threatened with jail by the Navy in response to her actions.

I agree.
She didn’t pass muster.
After 5 years, hard labor, in Leavenworth.
At a minimum.
Followed by deportation to the country of her choice.
Ping to #22
Why is she still in? Her CO should have handed her a convenience of the government discharge and kicked her off base the same day.
Not long ago this female dog would get to kiss the gunner’s daughter.
Indeed. A dishonorable seems in order
“Ervin says she lost her security clearance and was threatened with jail by the Navy in response to her actions.”
Obviously her oath to get in the navy and the one to protect our National Secrets to get her clearance, meant nothing to her.
NCIS needs to investigate where she has been job wise and off job, her social media contacts, smart phone and any computer she has been in contact with and compartmentalize anything she as been in contact with.
If she is guilty of mishandling our secrets, she needs to go jail, since she is not Clinton, nor did she work for Clinton.

I second that.
You are not a civilian lady. If the military has any balls they will toss this broad out on her ear.
I think there was a certain amount of sabotage during Vietnam.
Is she saying she's pregnant and wants out?

And she is trained to follow orders and regulations.
I’ve lost too many friends, protecting America’s way of life, to put up with the stuff these “special” people are
showing “us”. Remove her from the Navy as Undesirable. Other than an Honorable Discharge, then watch these “special
people” squeal. This is not “freedom of speech” it’s giving America’s way of life the middle finger salute.
If the Hildebeast is successful at stealing the election, through voter fraud, this nitwit will get a pardon, and will become a special assistant to Cheryl Mills.
In the 70’s any female could get out of her 4 year commitment by getting knocked up. This woman wants out. A general discharge will be upgraded to Honorable within a few years(with benefits). Ask John Kerry.Gaming the system.
Noting the above posts and the shall I say strong reactions to this e-5s behavior I have to add: What would one expect from a Commander and Chief’s troops when the CiC is basically saying the same thing?

Heck, Illiarily might even make her in charge of the NSA/CIA or at least CNO!
She should get an immediate Duck Dinner.
And that’s the type of military person that might just follow those orders to shoot American civilians (meaning white guys) when SHTF. Minorities, women and queers in the military.
Duck, or nothing.
