Majority of snap polls show Trump won debate by a landslide despite CNN's overwhelming victory for Hillary in biggest official survey

Trump stood up well to the combined attacks of Hillary and her sidekick moderator. The Right continues to let the Left run the show, amazingly.
Trump actually missed some opportunities to score points. But Trump is a learner. Look for Trump to hit next time what he may have missed last night.
Its funny to see that the media this morning are proclaiming Hillary’s great victory in the debate. But at the same time, polls show that most people thought Trump bested Hillary in this showdown.
Oh well, we know the media are out of touch, and in the tank for Hillary. I have a feeling that no matter what happened, that the media would say that Hillary won the debate.
The Right continues to let the Left run the show, amazingly...In spite of that, Trump won!
From what I saw, Trump didn’t knock it out of the park but he got a few RBI’s, maybe he didn’t need a slam dunk this point, But yeah, Trump had the edge. Her Heinous merely did what she does best, did a lot a of talking without saying anything.
The media is headed for a MAJOR MELTDOWN when Trump kicks her butt in the election.
CNN’s “poll” had a D+17 sampling. But then.. credibility isn’t CNN’s forte, anyway.
I don’t put much faith in snap polls. I do believe, however, that is shows that conservatives are more engaged in the process. Liberals don’t really think much. They just do what they’re told to do.
As some have indicated, best election ever! (if not the "best", it's near the top)
The story of the entire campaign since the first primary debate. Trump doesn't seem to mind that the whole thing is rigged against him. He wins anyway.
The GOPbriefingpoll.com showed Trump winning with 91.6% of the vote.
Totally unscientific but very encouraging!
Hillary is receiving little real support.
CNN/ORC poll was of registered voters.
The lazy man’s approach to polling.
As it was loaded with Democrats, the outcome was entirely predictable.
Watching Pence on NBC.
They are on the attack, fact checking and clearly trying to undermine him and Trump.
Rapidly challenging.
Pence held up well.
Looking forward to the next debate.
Best election evuh!
I still see the debate performance as fairly even, with Hillary getting a slight Edge.
Yuge!
To win Hillary has to paint Trump as more scary then her. All Trump has to do is survive. Based on polling, people expect Hillary to do better in debates and expect the Moderators to be biased in her favor. The expectations are for Hillary to clean Trumps clock. When she fails to do that, she loses.
Clinton is the candidate of the status quo, the vast majority of voters are unhappy with the status quo. She has to do something to change the momentum against Trump. The only think she can do is create an image of “scary crazy Trump” in voters minds. As long has she fails to do that, she loses.
Hillary and the Moderators are going to have to land punches to stop her polling hemorrhaging and they failed to do so last night.
Totally unscientific but very encouraging!
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I do think it shows the “enthusiasm gap” ... Illary isn’t getting too many people excited about her campaign while enthusiasm for Trump is through the roof.
Actally, it looks like Trump came off as presidential, much like Reagan did in 1980. See:
with this:
“Overall, Carter kept Reagan on the defensive, and the president probably won on points. However, Reagans affability and easy manner wore well against Carters stern lecturing. Reagan did not come off as the cartoonish, conservative cowboy of Democratic talking points. The Lowell Sun observed,
‘Ronald Reagan had not self-destructed. He had not made any ill-advised statements that were clearly foolish, as Carter had hoped. Reagan appeared calm under Carters attack. With his polished stage manner, he went a long way in presenting himself as presidential timber.’ Many Americans agreed. A Gallup poll two days before the debate showed Reagan trailing Carter 39% to 47%. A week later, Reagan won the election 51% to 41%.”
I remember, also Pres Reagan’s famous line in the subsequent debates “there you go again”, what a great moment in presidential politics :)
A lot of these results are just because people don’t like Hillary, apparently very enthusiastically. This election could turn out to be a landslide of epic proportions.
Tying hillary, a 30 year politician, who in all that time improved NOTHING... check. Tying her to the failure obama and the 20 trillion debt..check.
Saying the American people are disgusted with the mess we are in...check
