"You shut your mouth when you're talking to me." So goes the line from the classic American film "Wedding Crashers." A line that I took to heart as I watched a good chunk of Monday night's presidential debate on mute.
Why? Not because I couldn't bear to hear what the candidates said. Instead, I wanted to analyze the nonverbals (which go a long way to determining likability) without distraction. Yes, optics matter.

I watched last nights debate with the TV OFF.
Guess who won. Me.
She was playing to the demoRATS colors. Just like most men where the color of their party when debating. Although I know a lot Asians would disagree with you. The thing is no matter what Hitlary wears or doesn’t wear isn’t at all flattering for her.
I guess any public figure who hires PR people gets some coaching in body language. Paying too much attention to it would just make Trump look fake - like Hillary, who I’m sure has been ‘coached’ to the skin of her teeth, but still can’t overcome her innate stiffness and insincerity.
