I agree - Hillary using Trump's first name in the debate looked bad. At a rally, fine, but not on the debate stage.
Calling Clinton "Hillary," well, that's what all her signs and bumper stickers say -- which, by the way, I think is a mistake on her part. A last name has more gravitas.
