After enthusiastically endorsing and campaigning for Ted Cruz in the 2016 Republican presidential primary, radio talk show host Glenn Beck admitted he made an error and said he should have supported Marco Rubio instead.
Beck had just finished a contentious interview with Cruz, in which he quizzed the Texas Senator about supporting Donald Trump after making a public show of not endorsing him. “For the very first time I heard Ted Cruz calculate,” he said after the commercial break.
“And when that happened, the whole thing fell apart for me,” he continued. “And it’s my fault. It’s my fault for believing that men can actually be George Washington.”

I was a strong Cruz backer, but Cruz was NOT the winner - PERIOD.
After that, you MUST pick the most Conservative person available, and like-it-or-not, that is Trump!
Glenn Beck lost me over two years ago - I even went to two of his “big events”. Good info, great feel-goodism, but otherwise, he is just out to make Glenn some money.
Beck made Cruz into some kind idol and projected all this wants and dreams on him.
Plus, Beck invested a lot of money on Cruz so that's got to leave a mark.

Let’s face it. Ted had some personal issues with Donald Trump. Trump apologized. Sort of. And Ted eventually accepted the apology. Sort of. As for Glenn Beck, he is a very talented man. But, sometimes, I wonder where is his faith. God is in charge. We don’t know what is His will for the country. We would like to think He will forgive us our sins as a nation, and save us from the ruination we deserve. But, God will not be mocked. There’s a reason Trump is our candidate. Let us pray that it is to lead us to victory.
Rubio also said he’d vote for Donald Trump.
