Hillary Clinton’s campaign is pressuring Monday night’s moderator to take a more active role in the presidential debate, saying it’s “unfair” to expect the Democratic presidential nominee to dispute the veracity of Donald Trump’s claims.
“It’s unfair to ask for Hillary both to play traffic cop with Trump, make sure that his lies are corrected, and also to present her vision for what she wants to do for the American people,” Robby Mook said on ABC’s “This Week.”
When pressed by host George Stephanopoulos that that’s “what a debater is supposed to do,” Mr. Mook said this case is “special.”

What’s the story with Arizona? I’ve been making calls through Trump Talk and asking who they would vote for. Can’t believe how negative a lot of the zoners are. (My California calls were VERY encouraging to Trump). Are there any polls for Arizona? Is Hilda winning there? Are they all under the influence of Utah Mormans? Thanks for any input LS.

It should not ‘take a village’ to do the work of one prepared politician. That is how it has always been done before. Well, until Candy Crowley, that is. I guess she’s retired.
Watch and see. If Trump ‘overperforms’ in the first and/or second debate, they will bring Candy Back, hoping she’ll poison the GOP well once again.
Why unfair?
Trump has to police her lies and fabrications so he has the more onerous task.

When Holt pipes up with his liberal “fact checking” Trump can simply say “I’m here to debate Hillary, not you. If you want to debate me, then run for president in four years. I’m sure you’ll do quite well in the Democrat primary.”
Trump is down at least 15 percentage points in the popular vote because of all the lies & distortions which have been told against him.....Hillary is expecting the MSM to continue to serve as her personal spin machine in order to keep her in the race......
As Trump continues to surge, the MSM will lose all credibility if they do not return to their pretense of objective reporting......

Exactly. There will be a transcript made, like a deposition so this is a red herring. Her drones are nervous.
And a fair debate makes Illary nervous. She will need help during the debate from a Mudhen Kelley.
