I wanted to respond, but this thread was going so fast.
I noticed it at the end-when she was leaning over shaking hands with people. Mostly, she was doing a two handed grasp of her well wishers, but at one point, towards the end, her left hand wasn’t engaged, and she started doing the pill rolling.
She left the stage not too long after that.
