It is a measure of how much I distrust Trump that I would still be willing to pull the lever for Cruz and his lullabye-loon VP choice after this performance.
The only good thing I can say about this press conference is that it does make voting for Trump l’oeil much easier.

Thanks for providing the full comment, which I recognize in its context. It was made in april 2016 and NOT in reference to Trump’s debate performance, as implied by the original poster.
It was a comment slamming Cruz’s dismal press conference announcing his VP choice.
