At 10:42 PST after the debate, Hillary is leaning forward and you can clearly see a cord ringing down her back and what seems to be a power supply on her lower back!

I saw the cord too, during NBC post-debate coverage, just before Nicolle Wallace’s segment. Hillary finished shaking hands with people at the base of the stage, and Bill arrived to escort her back to center stage. The cord was plainly visible under her suit and extended down her whole back.

And if I am not mistaken, the lecterns were wired from the microphones down through the lectern and into a hole in the stage floor.

Reality check... Look at the closeup front photos of both Trump and Clinton and you will see that they both have lapel microphones, which usually have a wire running to a transmitter pack. Don't read too much into a wire running down her back to some type of pack on her back. It's probably just the lapel mic paraphernalia.
