Only problem is that is an out right lie manufactured by the Hillary PR machine. An sub contractor of a general contractor was accused of it. NO ONE has ever prove that there is anything factual to the accusations FROM THE 1970s.

I’ve hired contractors who did work that I found unsatisfactory. Was I ‘stiffing’ them when I refused to pay for sub-par work?
