This picture appears to be Photoshopped. Carefully look at his LEFT HAND. It clearly appears that he is holding something and the image of the rifle stock that he appears to be holding from the top at mid point for balance, with the stock and barrel tapering forward and down, looks like it has been digitally erased. Whoever did it did a lousy job. The point where he is holding the rifle loops like an unnatural, blocky tapered rectangular shape and they also used the wrong color white which appears to be a whiter shade of white than the white tiles on the floor they were trying to match. So if you look you can distinctly make out the image outline of the rifle they've erased. One more clue that the image is Photoshopped: Look at the horizontal tile grout line running parallel about 6 inches below his LEFT hand: it abruptly ends right where the tapered upper stock and rifle barrel he is holding would be, BEFORE reaching his left leg.

The grout line disappear's and does not extend all the way to his left leg, which would be the case if he was not holding anything in his left hand which, if he was, would visibly cover the grout line. The horizontal grout line mysteriously dissappear's because the rifle that he is holding has been Photoshopped out of the picture and the person who did it forgot to extend the missing grout line all the way to the perp's left leg.

They may have done this to intentionally withhold evidence from the public, or to protect evidence by keeping the make and model of the rifle secret. Whatever the motive it appears the rifle he is carrying in his left hand has been digitally erased.

Carefully look at his LEFT HAND. It clearly appears that he is holding something...

Something is going on there in this shot, too. The dark area between his shirt and arm is not that black molding on the wall. It goes up too far. Looks as if he is holding something.
