Just a thought. The coughing reflex is almost subconscious. When you hear someone cough, you too are more likely to cough or clear your throat. I wonder if Trump could have perhaps three people in the audience cough or clear their throats periodically during the debates and see if her subconscious takes off from there.
Then they can deny it was planned. “Yeah, I coughed. It’s my sinuses. It’s the weather. It wasn’t (ahem) intentional.”
