This case reminds me a bit of the Oakland, CA shooting a few years ago when a police officer mistakenly pulled his gun instead of his tazer and killed a guy. There was just no need to cap the guy here, IMO.

Cops are trained to NEVER let a suspect who is resisting arrest return to his vehicle dumbass.
