There is some deal behind the scenes - she’s setting up an out for herself after her loss to not be prosecuted for any wrongs.

No candidate who truly wants to win is so absent on the campaign trail as she is.

I think even Trump knows some thing is off - Hillary is knocking herself out like McCain and Romney did, but I’d like to think he is not complicit in the games of politics and elitists. I may be lying to myself though.

... I was surprised to find out Hillary is only 5' 4" and Trump is 6' 2" ... Hillary requested that the Debate Commission supply her with a step-stool to compensate for her short stature ..... She was denied the request ..... They did however make a smaller podium for her. There will also be no cutting away from her in the event of a coughing fit .....

I sincerely and honestly hope this old slag has a seizure or a heart attack on Monday night. I really do. Actually I would prefer she has a stroke that leaves her paralyzed and unable to speak for the rest of her life. I wish this woman every curse of pain and suffering imaginable. God knows she has bought so much misery to so many others.
