I have thought for some time that these negros do not care so much about the shooting, as it is an opportunity to run wild. The shooting gives them some legal cushion should they be apprehended looting and rioting.

Yes, protest is one thing. Civil disobedience is always acceptable, or should be. But sedition, insurrection, rioting, violence, mayhem, vandalism, and looting is always wrong. Police and national guard should arrest immediately. Shoot if necessary to stop. Priority should be to keep good order and protect everyone from these people.
