I don’t see it. Not open and shut against her.
On the surface it does not look good for her but it is certainly not “open and shut.”
She shot a passive man who was no threat and already tasered.
Betty said he was reaching into his car. He was tasered upon suspected “movement”. He starts to buckle and she kills him for reacting to the taser.
Funny thing— he couldn’t reach into his car. The windows were rolled up.
I think she should have said accidental discharge, but... that’s still manslaughter.
