The guys who found the bag in NJ were homeless. When they opened the bag, the pipe bombs were discovered - they notified cops - that is if we can believe any damn thing we hear from the press these days.
One of the guys was interviewed last night on all the local channels. He WAS homeless and he reacted immediately. The skels in this foto, not so much. LEOs should be asking why.
