I think she’s always had a neurological problem. It’s called liberalism.

If she were republican the media would have drummed her off the national stage a couple of months ago.

...Why are Hillary’s eyes moving out of sync with each other?....

To coordinate with her out of sync lies.

Media silent on this. Really, what the heck is going on? Bug eyed, then disappears for a day without explanation. This person is going to be POTUS? Outrageous.

I watched the actual video and saw no evidence of errant eye movements. I’ve seen some snippets which appear to be doctored to me.

Because mental disorders characterized by chronic lying eventually manifest in physical disorders.

This condition is known as intermittent esotropia. It is usually first spotted in very young children.

According to the Univeristy of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center:

Among adults, medical conditions like strokes, thyroid disease, diabetic nerve disease or head trauma can also cause an esotropia.

This type eye movement could also be considered Saccadic eye movement which is linked to Parkinson’s disease.

Even if her eyes are moving in sync, the way they dart-around is very disturbing. It’s especially noticeable when you watch video of her speaking with the sound turned off.

My eyes did that and my ophthalmologist sent me for an MRI. Turns out I have Multiple Sclerosis. Very similar to Parkinson’s. It was the eyes that gave it away...

Makes me uneasy to look...hopefully some doctors with the appropriate background will have a strong enough stomach to look into it.

I saw this pic on another post and I thought it was 6th cranial nerve palsy. The 6th cranial nerve controls the lateral rectus muscle which pulls the eye laterally that is towards the side of the face. When that nerve is damaged, the eye ball will track inwards. A lesion could occur within the nerve itself, due to a localized loss of blood supply to the nerve or from a structure compressing the nerve.

From Wikipedia:

“Peripheral sixth nerve damage can be caused by tumors, aneurysms, or fractures – anything that directly compresses or stretches the nerve. Other processes that can damage the sixth nerve include strokes (infarctions), demyelination, infections (e.g. meningitis), cavernous sinus diseases and various neuropathies. Perhaps the most common overall cause of sixth nerve impairment is diabetic neuropathy. Iatrogenic injury is also known to occur, with the abducens nerve being the most commonly injured cranial nerve in halo orthosis placement.[1] The resultant palsy is identified through loss of lateral gaze after application of the orthosis.”
