The area is adjacent to UNC. It would be interesting to know if the people blocking the highway are students at UNC.
Hard to say...It is Wed morning 3:00 a.m. I would hope students are not out rioting—but then if no consequences, then maybe they want to be part of “history” as some of the thugs were saying on their FB videos.
