My question, exactly.
How could Hillary and her team be so stupid as to hire an IT person who needs to post to the Internet to try and find out how to do IT stuff - and someone who is so self-esteem-deficient that he has to make a point of associating himself with importance, by writing “VIP (Very VIP)” ???
This doesn’t make Hillary look very capable of leading a Nation, to me.

More specifically, her need for secrecy led her to look for vendors who would be small enough to likely be anonymous and hard to find. She (or more likely Cheryl Mills) picked that over vetted competence.
