Wasn't she traveling the world all the time then? Not to defend her for a second (everything else is so indefensible)... flying to different timezones day after day would result in being awake the 24-32 hours, just like the military was using this for. So, maybe for Parkinsons, but maybe just for staying awake to pull in foundation money as she traveled the world!

So, can she have pneumonia for weeks on end?
She does look much better and is well enough to retain a stylist again. And she can navigate with some noticeabl improvement

Provigil and Nuvigil are used for narcolepsy but also for resetting your sleep cycle when you go across time lines. Pro athletes and I’d suspect some in the armed forces use it as well as amphetamines.
