Clinton needs to preserve what little strength and public persona she has left for the debate on Monday.

It wouldn't take much to wear her out and, her political positions aside for the moment, a poor performance and/or appearance on national TV would cause an immediate end to her campaign.

I expect she will remain medicated, sedated and at home in bed until Monday.
