It wouldn't take much to wear her out and, her political positions aside for the moment, a poor performance and/or appearance on national TV would cause an immediate end to her campaign.
I expect she will remain medicated, sedated and at home in bed until Monday.
And I expect the media to ask the hard questions about her sudden disappearance to her campaign staff.

Even appearing befuddled and listless in the first debate 4 years ago, didn’t hurt Obama’s re-election campaign.
His debate #1 performance was so bad, it prompted Chris Matthews (he of the shivery leg); to exclaim: “What the Hell was he *doing* up there!?!?!”
