Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton vows she’ll tackle the racism in the nation’s law enforcement system.
“We gotta tackle the systemic racism, this horrible shooting again, how many times do we have to see this in our country?” she said in an appearance on the Steve Harvey show. Clinton was specifically referring to the police shooting of Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Oklahoma, saying he had his “hands in the air” when he was killed.
“This is unbearable and it needs to be intolerable,” she said.
Clinton told Harvey that if the African-American community came out and voted for her, she would work to stop racial shootings by police officers.
“Maybe I can by speaking directly to white people say, ‘Look this is not who we are,’” she said. “We’ve got to do everything possible to improve policing, to go right at implicit bias.

I saw the video. It appears that Crutcher was reaching into his car when he was shot. His hands were not up at that time, although they were earlier.
So Hillary is either speaking recklessly, or she is deliberately lying. Either way, her goal is to divide the races just to get a few extra votes. She is beyond despicable.
On a related note, if that video tells the whole story (and that's usually not the case), this was not a good shoot.

This is how I think John Derbyshire would explain this, a cold-blooded analysis devoid of political correctness:
Lie: Clinton said Crutcher had his hands in the air when he was shot.
Facts: Crutcher had acted erratically, refused to comply with several orders, tried to put his hand in his pocket and reached inside his car window before he was shot.
Just more examples of 1. a bald-faced lie by a failing Hillary Clinton as she frantically panders using racism, and 2. another black guy with bad judgment being purged from the gene pool, inflaming those who see “His hands were up!” and nothing else.
Young black males—and this includes National Football League prima donnas: If you truly believe, as is said over-and-over, that cops want to shoot you ... why give them an excuse? e.g. He reached inside his car window before he was shot.
The common threads of the Treyvon/`Gentle Giant’/Crutcher shootings?
