JonBenet Ramsey was killed by her older brother Burke and it was covered up by her parents after a fight over a midnight snack of pineapples, investigators have claimed.
The six-year-old's mother Patsy Ramsey called 911 on December 26, 1996 to report that her six-year-old daughter had been kidnapped from her family's home in Boulder, Colorado.
JonBenet, a child beauty queen, was found beaten and strangled on the floor of the family's cellar several hours after the 911 call.

I agree. I have always thought Burke killed her (accidentally, most likely) and the parents covered it up to protect him (and themselves).
Also, I did not see any sustained shifting of eyes to "avoid eye contact" with Dr. Phil during the interview. His eyes consistently were wide and staring with little or no normal blinking.....the eyes were creepy, also.
I saw no "guilt written all over his body language", either. There was little "body" language at all. I DID see someone with some real mental and/or emotional problems.
My opinion is that an adult inside the house did the crime, either the mother or the father....but it's just that, an opinion. The Final Judge will sort it all out.

A spider web can form in less than half an hour. That was mentioned in the book about the Ramsey case - “Perfect Murder, Perfect Town”.
Agreed plus money can do wonders to make it appear something that it was not.
I don’t know how these people sleep at night.
Amen to watching the Dr Phil show I did not bother with the network show they lie about everything else. They had John Ramsey, Burke Ramsey, the prosecutor who quit....the evidence that the Boulder Police refused to look at anybody else and 10 years after the murder the whole family was cleared by DNA through a process that did not even exist at the time of the murder. Dr Phil devoted four shows to this...there has never been any evidence that Burke did it...did he look creepy on the show...well yeah. But if you were nine years old an for the last 20 years folks said you killed your sister you might turn out a bit creepy too...

Burke Ramsay could never have been charged. But the District Attorney should be charged as an accomplice. He is the reason that it was never resolved.

Dr. Phil went into detail on why Burke Ramsey displayed the facial expressions that he did. It made sense to me. I’m a little surprised Freepers are so willing to believe what happened by watching a tv show on cbs.....of all networks.
According to the investigators this particular one had some age to it.

This is something that has been around for what - about 20 years now? I suspect most people have made up their minds one way or another by now.
If your wanna checking out a mysterious deaths, Google “Elisa Lam” (if you hadn’t heard of it already). Some weird stuff in her disappearance & death. Lots of speculation, ranging from the normal to the paranormal. Odd case, at any rate.

IIRC I believe the DA at the time was a female (Mary Lacy).
No one should forget that Burke had a history of possessing a violent temper and Jon Benet st bore a scar from a previous incident where he hit her in the face with a golf club.
You know what I think.There were 2 cover ups.Tried to cover up the manor of death and the sexual abuse.I also feel that no mother could strangle her child in that way.
