Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton vows she’ll tackle the racism in the nation’s law enforcement system. “We gotta tackle the systemic racism, this horrible shooting again, how many times do we have to see this in our country?” she said in an appearance on the Steve Harvey show. Clinton was specifically referring to the police shooting of Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Oklahoma, saying he had his “hands in the air” when he was killed.
“This is unbearable and it needs to be intolerable,” she said.
Clinton told Harvey that if the African-American community came out and voted for her, she would work to stop racial shootings by police officers.
“Maybe I can by speaking directly to white people say, ‘Look this is not who we are,’” she said. “We’ve got to do everything possible to improve policing, to go right at implicit bias.

It looks like Her Royal Heinous has given up altogether on the white demographic other than the feminist contingent, already comfortably ensconced in their own little basket of grievance. In fact, her campaign is starting to resemble a Coalition Of Grievance rather than any attempt to pitch a broad tent. It is something of an article of faith among progressives in general that the country is so irredeemably awful that the aggrieved safely outnumber those of us with the temerity actually to love it. That is usually not a wise calculation in American politics.

Living outside the US, I am going out a limb here, to doubt these stories of police shooting people just because they are black. It is just too over the top and awful to believe. If these are lies, they are doing huge damage to America’s reputation abroad. I hear things “at least we settle hostage situations relatively peacefully here, while in the US they shoot you dead if you are black”. This is the message reaching ears outside of America.
Will that be in her Black dialect — “I don’ feel noways tarred” — her Southern accent, or her usual annoying voice?

While the Democrats say they want separation of church and state, they have no problems reverting to tribal model where every tribe must worship its deity/ideology and you are worse than an unbeliever if you fail to obey the tribe/ideology dual requirement.
