If you look closely, there is a car sitting there, parked in the lane comimg from the top.Looked at both videos, and didn't spot an oncoming car. Just saw the cop car and the suspect's suv.

Looked at both videos, and didn't spot an oncoming car. It's at the 52 second mark of the Helicopter video. There's a dark SUV stopped in the opposite lane. Another car is actually visible behind it... leading me to believe it had been stopped there for at least a little while.
