Mr Hayes could do with a little history lesson about deadly force, specifically 12:01 pm on September 16, 1920. That was when (presumed) anarchist set off a dynamite-laden horse cart in New York City's Financial District - 23 Wall St. J P Morgan Bank, loaded with 500 pounds Dynamite and 150 pounds of lead window weights. This killed 38, hospitalized another 135 and injured hundreds more.
Bombers are almost always more deadly than shooters unless you, the shooter(s), control exits and have a crowd contained, ex. Orlando & Paris. Chris Hayes demonstrates his bias and stupidity with this remark, but that is standard for MSNBC!
