Anyone near the facility should take precaution because it means the jihadists are near and could target anywhere near you.
Btw, all of these little incidents could be trying to keep police busy while the big one is planned somewhere.

Two work in mid town (lawyers) and one works at a restaurant in the 20’s and South Park not far from where the bomb went off Saturday night although she was not at work at the time.
