For the record, the bomb that went off at 131 West 23rd St in New York was within a block of Communist Party USA HQ located at 235 W 23rd. Commies, too, although obviously a *lot* less frequently, have been known to attack military targets (ie, Bill Ayers’ Weather Underground group and others in the 60s and 70s). The pipe bomb in New Jersey was aimed at US military personnel. The bombing at the Times Square recruitment center several years ago, as well as a few bombings outside Starbucks a bit more recently I suspect were the work of a far lefty.
Didn’t know that. Interesting. Even more interesting is the bomb went off very close to now closed St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church - 141 West 23rd Street.
