Kale is a vegetable and you don't need to make it legal, Marijuana is not a vegetable.

I have never eaten Kale and don't know how it tastes. I have never smoked marijuana, but I have smelled the fumes when other people did, and it stinks.

I lived through the 60's and smelled plenty of marijuana. I thought it smelled OK, nothing near as bad as tobacco smoke.
The kale part was just because that is what some people said was the subject of the picture provided.

Cannabis is eaten and drank by lots of people, tea, juiced, salad ingredient .

While I think getting high or drunk is dumb, no govt should have the authority to make it a crime to eat a plant. BTW you could eat a bushel of cannabis and you wouldn’t get the least bit high.
